Theatres continue to be in a state of lockdown, but there is some light at the end of the tunnel.

CHICHESTER FESTIVAL THEATRE South Pacific (5th July – 4 th September). Tickets from £10.00

TITCHFIELD THEATRE continues to stream theatre productions All information regarding productions can be found on The Titchfield Festival Theatre website –

FOR THE FUTURE (MAYBE!) KINGS THEATRE PORTSMOUTH Sadly the following shows have been cancelled – Sooty’s Magic Show: Annie The Musical: Zog: Love at the Musicals However, Thriller Live is, at the moment, planning to run from Mon 7th – Sat 12th June, various times.

THE GUILDHALL PORTSMOUTH Their first show – Los Pacaminos (Tex Mex fun on a tequilla-fuelled journey into Mexican border blues) – is rumoured to be on Saturday 29th May 2021 with various acts and performances following thereafter, including Abba Mania Wednesday 16th June 2021 at 7pm.

NEW THEATRE ROYAL PORTSMOUTH To date, there are two shows in the future – GodSpell, 17th -19th June and Gyles Brandreth: Break a Leg on 25th June. Until we have more guidelines from the Government and understand more about the possibility of Group bookings, I suggest you make your own bookings for any of the above, independently of Whiteley WAGS. It will be great to get together again for a night out, but we might still have to wait a while.

At the moment many National Trust and RHS properties/gardens and similar organisations are by pre-booked ticket admission but hopefully we will be able to organise a Group outing when restrictions have lifted. Maybe a visit to The Gallery Winchester Discovery Centre, to see the Raymond Briggs exhibition would be a good start. 17th May 2021 – 18th August 2021 09.00 – 17.00 daily

Just like everyone else, we cannot wait for life to return to normal as we all miss live performances.
